Update.. “Ask me anything” support

I submitted a new update to tumblr this morning, it should be available in the next few days.

I added support for the “Ask Me Anything” feature under the community section, and also made some minor adjustments to the template.

Another small thing I added is that now you can choose wether or not you want to display the “Archives and RSS” menu, and you can also select where you want to display it (top menu, side menu or even both).

Customize

Theme Color

You can change the theme color from the appearance tab by using the color selector tool.

Sidebar

You can customize the sidebar content using the list of features available under the appearance tab, including:

Show the About Section
Show People I Follow
Show Favorite Posts
Show Latest Tweets

Comments & Analytics

Adding comments and analytics to your website is easy, just add your disqus username and your google analytics ID under the Appearance tab to let your visitors comment on your posts and track your traffic.

Background Image

No need to mess with the code to change the main background image, just paste the image url into the BG image URL text box under the Appearance tab and you are all set.
